E-learning is one of the methods of education in delivering information to the learner, in which modern communication mechanisms are used from a computer, its networks and its multiple media such as sound, image, graphics, research mechanisms and electronic libraries, as well as Internet portals, whether remotely or in the classroom, i.e. the use of technology of all kinds in delivering information to the learner in the shortest time, least effort and greatest benefit. The information revolution has made the world like a small electronic screen in the era of mixing between information and information technology, culture and technology, and electronic communication and the exchange of news and information between computer networks have become a tangible reality, which allowed rapid access to science and knowledge centers, libraries and access to the new, moment by moment.
